Finance and Operations Coordinator

Rich Mix is recruiting for a Finance and Operations Coordinator to join the Finance team. This is a full time, permanent contract.

The Finance and Operations Coordinator will support the Finance & Operations Departments in administering the day to day finance and building operations activities of Rich Mix Cultural Foundation and its trading company Rich Mix Cultural Enterprises Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced user of computerised accounting software with excellent numeracy and IT skills, especially Excel. You will be an organised and tidy worker with an eye for detail with a positive and flexible attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and under pressure.

Marketing and Campaigns Manager

Rich Mix is recruiting for a Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join the Marketing team. This is a full time, permanent contract.

This role will consist of devising and implementing marketing campaigns and activities, as well as leading and managing the core marketing team on the day to day delivery of work to achieve desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to inspire and lead a team with authority and clarity to deliver results. You will have a record of achievement in marketing with 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally in an arts environment along with experience of day to day marketing team management.

Marketing Officer (Digital)

Rich Mix is recruiting for a Marketing Officer (Digital) to join the Marketing team. This is a full time, permanent contract.

The role will be integral to the marketing operation, carrying out digitally led campaign and project work to appropriately engage audiences in impactful and innovative ways to help achieve desired outcomes e.g. ticket sales.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media and digital marketing with a keen interest in the latest channels, tools, developments and trends. You will have a record of achievement in digital marketing with 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally in an arts venue or cinema environment and experience of day to day digital campaign and strategy(s) delivery.
