Visitor Services Assistant

Visitor Services Assistants will provide a warm and friendly customer service to patrons, guests and tenants of Rich Mix, and provide support to the Duty Managers in general day to day duties in all areas of the operation. The post holder will work in a variety of areas including ushering in our cinema, working on our bar/concessions areas, and staffing art and culture events as well as corporate hires. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills with good face to face communication and a proactive and positive approach to getting things done.

Visitor Services Supervisor 

Visitor Services Supervisors will support the Duty Manager and supervise Visitor Services Assistants in order to deliver a fantastic customer experience and ensure the professional, safe and smooth running of the Visitor Services operation at Rich Mix. The successful candidate will be reliable and trustworthy with experience of delivering fantastic customer service and be able to take responsibility and prioritise their workload effectively. Experience of cash handling, an ability to work well under pressure and a positive and flexible approach to work are also essential.

Duty Manager

Duty Managers will provide effective operational management and deliver excellent customer service through the training, supervision and motivation of all Visitor Services staff. The post holder will maintain the quality of the Rich Mix environment and ensure the building is at all times safe and welcoming to our visitors, staff and resident organisations. The successful candidate will have experience of supervising staff, be reliable and trustworthy and have experience of cash handling. An ability to take responsibility and prioritise workload effectively, in interest in the arts and venue operations and experience delivering customer service are also essential.
