An event designed to allow young people to recognise the transferrable skills they pose when on the pitch.

Watch a short film made with young people, discuss the importance of understanding the transferrable skills they pose on and off the pitch, and see a series of images that were captured during the project. There will be a brief discussion on the subject , and a PS3 fifa tournament – with commentating from participants.

Who's Involved

Mile End Community Project

Founded in 1995 by a group of young and forward-thinking volunteers, MCP has grown into a popular centre for the community with an established reputation for creative and innovative projects as well as noteworthy film production capabilities. MCP delivers a range of social and educational activities, focusing on creativity through film production, art and media projects. MCP also provides sporting, recreational and lifelong learning opportunities for Tower Hamlets residents who may not otherwise engage due to social, cultural, racial or economic challenges.
