Local writer and housing campaigner Glyn Robbins will discuss his book and its implications for our area.

Glyn Robbins will give an illustrated presentation about his book, There’s No Place: The American housing crisis and what it means for the UK'.  This will open up a discussion about the changing global city and its impact on local communities, particularly in the East End.  Issues of affordable housing, displacement, demolition, culture, identity and gentrification will be addressed.  

Who's Involved

Glyn Robbins is a housing worker, campaigner, writer and community activist from Tower Hamlets.
