Feeding the Millions Spoken Word Event
Wednesday 7 September
In a nutshell
Award winning poet Rachel Long and Xanthe Mosley, artist-in-residence at the London night markets, in collaboration and conversation.
After spending nights at Billingsgate, New Covent Garden, and Smithfield, Rachel Long and Xanthe Mosley are going to put poetry beside painting to celebrate both the night markets of London, and their own different working methods. The markets, full of noise, colour, smell, and banter, are part of the character of London’s East End and an inspiration to these artists.
