Dash Arts presents
Dash Café: Europe's Kitchen Table (Part of EUTOPIA)
Wednesday 25 April
In a nutshell
Explore food with live food demos, tastings, music and a kitchen table chat on the effects of globalisation, politics and climate change on the changing face of European food culture.
Together with Italian chef and cookery expert Silvia Nacamuli and Tallinn-born freelance food writer and anthropologist Katrina Kollegaeva amongst others, we will explore heritage, recipes and food stories. We will take a wider look at how social changes, globalisation, climate change and politics are affecting food and culinary habits today, and taste the delicious food our fantastic chefs will prepare. Plus there will be live music!
