The Crick Crack Club presents
Crick Crack Club: Day of the Dead
Thursday 1 November
All orders will be subject to a fee of £1.50 except if your tickets are free or if you are a member
Inspired by the Mexican Day of the Dead, three Crick Crack Club storytellers create an exuberant night of ritual, shrines & stories. Under the watchful eye of a bunch of gambling skeletons - dead ancestors are honoured; the souls of the dead are tempted back into the world of the living for a bit of a party, and Death is mocked, cheated and saluted by turn. Like some irrepressible autumn ritual, the Crick Crack Club’s quirky annual celebration of the Mexican festival of the Dias de Los Muertos, has become part of the fabric of East London's cultural craziness!
Expect ritual, libations, stories, and magical mayhem...
