In a nutshell
Loud Poets promise poetry for the masses – and they delivered with aplomb: a slick show that is far more than a poetry reading.
This is slam-style, make some noise, fist-thumping, pint-drinking, side-tickling, heart-wrenching poetry.
This is poetry for the masses.
This is the spoken word revolution.
What to Expect
A high-octane performance from an immensely talented group of poets, this event also features live music, audience participation and a different big-name guest spoken-word artist each night.

She is a former co-editor of Quotidian literary magazine and is currently co-piloting the Scottish Poetry Library Ambassadors programme. She co-edited the anthology Aiblins: New Scottish Political Poetry (Luath Press, 2016). ‘Loud Poets promise poetry for the masses – and they delivered with aplomb. This is big, this is bold, this is loud (unsurprisingly). A slick show that is far more than a poetry reading – Loud Poets have an undeniable passion and energy’ -Fringe Review
