In a nutshell
A moment to be with your self, your body and your breath. Discovering your own rhythm and beat, moving to your own inner sound.
In this 90 min yoga practice we will be synchronizing the breath along with our bodies movements. We will be stretching and strengthening our bodies, and so our mind. We will be exploring bodily sensations, tuning ourselves inwards. Through movement we will also experience stillness. Please bring comfortable clothes, no shoes are required.
What to Expect
Expect to move. Don’t be afraid, this yoga class is for everybody and postures can be adjusted to suit everybody’s needs.
Sandra trained at Yoga Campus London with the highly esteemed Dough Keller and Judith Hanson Lasater. Sandra teaches a very mindful and fluid vinyasa yoga style, her main focus is to bring ones awareness inside whilst also creating space and stillness.
