In a nutshell

Hip hop producer Onra performs a live set, with support act Warren XLCNCE providing a DJ set.

Go on...

Since achieving cult status with the release of his seminal album 'Chinoiseries', the producer has been working hard at cementing his position as one of the leaders of the new school Hip Hop producers.

Onra is well known for doing the unexpected, combining boom bap Hip Hop with chopped up RnB laden beats, as well as incorporating samples he acquired whilst travelling through Asia, creating a journey through hip-hop like no other.

Who's Involved

Globetrotting producer Onra has staked his claim as one of the most exciting beat-makers of the past few years, thanks to releases like the 80's Funk beat album Long Distance, various Boogie edits and his Chinoiseries collections (made with Chinese music samples found while traveling Asia). His talent for delivering emotive, soulful hip-hop that really hits the spot is demonstrated through his multitude of releases since 2006. Hailing from Paris, Onra takes influences from a hugely eclectic range of sounds, from Jazz through to Funk and RnB; carefully and respectfully using these styles to craft a unique and refreshing take on traditional Hip-Hop.

Warren Xclnce
Warren Xclnce (pronounced ex•cel•lence) is a London-based DJ/producer (and CEO of Notorious for his maverick-like creativity, Warren’s distinctive and comfortingly soulful sound is a concoction of influences from multiple genres, with J. Dilla and Flying Lotus as some of the most impactful artists on his own style.
