Blending the profoundly ancient with the electrifyingly modern, Ensemble E-DO fuse decades of Korean musical tradition with rock and jazz into a sound that’s utterly unique.

Led by Yu Kyung-Hwa, perhaps the world’s leading exponent of the chulhyungeum (Korean zither), the group combines traditional Korean instruments and western sounds, anchored by a double bass that keeps the music very much in motion.

Featuring visuals from artist Junsoo Kim, the show is part of K-Music 2018, London’s highly acclaimed festival of Korean music.
