East-London based cultural organisation Open The Gate presents the 2nd edition of the Exchange Festival: a 1-day, free festival showcase of World music, family workshops, and the vibrant African Market, a selection of quality designers from Africa and beyond.

What to expect

This 12-hours Festival will kick off at 12pm with family workshops on stage (African Drumming, Dance class) followed by a unique line-up of musicians and bands from all around the World: Africa, South America, Europe, Asia.

A unique Design & Crafts Market showcasing the talents from Africa and inspired by African cultures.
Many stalls: Fashion, Arts & Crafts, Design, Jewellery, Books, Music, Culture and more!
More than an exhibition and trade space, The African Market is a place of curiosity attracting an eclectic mix of people including families, young people, students & adults, and a networking platform both for traders and interested visitors, connecting amateurs, professionals and passionates.
