about the q&a

Director Bryn Higgins (Electricity), writer-producer Oliver Veysey, and actors Ella Purnell, Georgie Henley and Jordan Stephens (Rizzle Kicks) will be joining the East End Film Festival to discuss their British indie festival hit.

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

A freewheeling, kaleidoscopic story of youth, love and self-discovery filmed at Bestival.

TELL ME MORE (DON'T WORRY, NO SPOILERS)

Bryn Higgins (Electricity) follows an unlikely gang of teenagers on the run from their dysfunctional parents to the land of the joyful and carefree.

Mia (Ella Purnell) is in desperate need to get away from her controlling father, while aspiring musician Heath longs to meet his music idol Kurtz (Jason Flemyng).

Nothing really goes as planned, as they embark on this crazy journey, with their parents in hot pursuit. An energetic, colourful, totally bonkers story about an unforgettable weekend, with music at the heart of it all.
