St Hilda’s East Community Centre presents
Discover London's Children's Bookswap
Saturday 10 February
In a nutshell
Rich Mix is out and about at St Hilda’s East Community Centre, so bring an old book along to the bookswap and go home with a brand new story.
Rich Mix are delighted to be working with our good friends St Hilda’s East Community Centre. So come along and see us there between 11am and 3pm on Saturday 10 February 2018, with an old story and swap it for a brand new adventure, completely free!
What to Expect
A very special guest will also be there to welcome you…the Gruffalo. You might ask… "A gruffalo? What's a gruffalo?"
A gruffalo! Why, didn't you know? He has terrible tusks, and terrible claws, and terrible teeth in his terrible jaws….
This is a drop-in event where children can swap an old book for a new one, perhaps with the help of the very friendly Gruffalo!
Discover’s London Children’s Book Swap is now in its seventh year and this year will be in over 60 family friendly venues across London.
St Hilda’s is a vibrant multi-purpose community organisation used by over 500 people each week. They provide a wide range of life-changing services and opportunities for local people of all ages - from pre-school activities, youth projects, and support for older people, to free Legal Advice, volunteering and training placements.
