In 2012 Tongue Fu aims to explore further, the boundaries of spoken word: inviting exceptional poets, storytellers, comedians, writers, performers and speakers to come and play with brilliant improvised accompaniments from the genre-defying Tongue Fu band (Nostalgia 77, UNKLE).
Dr Martin Shaw – Internationally celebrated mythologist, author and storyteller. Malika Booker Poet in Residence at RSC, playwright and storyteller, published by Penguin, Tate Modern and Bloodaxe. Tim Clare Stand-up poet, author & ukulele don, Tim’s performed on BBC Radio’s 1, 2, 4,and 6, BBC 2 and presented Channel 4’s ‘How To Get A Book Deal’.
