SoundBites

Featuring some of London's most bold and exciting theatre makers and musicians, SoundBites has created a brand new space for experimentation. Music and original theatre are coming face to face live on stage for three unique collaborations.

How it works: Two existing tracks by a live music act are sent to each writer and they create a 15 minute play inspired by the music. This music is then integrated into the performance  - musicians and actors working together live on stage.

The outcome: Always unique!

Each music act will also do featured sets on the night. And who knows, it might even turn into a party...

The first SoundBites sold out the Lyric Hammersmith Studio in September with new short plays by Ella Hickson, Bola Agbaje, Jonathan Brittain and Omar El-Khairy, inspired by the music of Martyna Baker, Kwake, The Savage Nomads and Strobe Circus... Now its back with a brand new mix of artists collaborating to create innovative new pieces of theatre.
