Continuing a regular night at Rich Mix, Movimientos presents a fresh programme of exceptional documentary film and unparalleled live music. On this occasion joining forces with the website Sounds and Colours to present an official UK screening of "Esperando El Tsunami" an epic new visual and musical film from Colombia.

Plus the night will also feature a live performance from Cumbé one of the hottest new bands of London’s Latin American music scene. They play the finest Tropical and Afro-Colombian dance music and rhythms like Cumbia, Mapalé, Porro and Bullerengue are given a fresh London twist! Plus the show includes traditional costumes and dance to create an unforgettable spectacle! Last time they graced the Rich Mix stage it was electric and this time should be no different!

The film "Esperando El Tsunami" documents TransFolk duo Lulacruza’s journey across Colombia with the celebrated independent film-maker Vincent Moon. The idea behind their journey was a to discover Colombia, and especially the music, documenting that experience in the form of a new album and a film as they composed and created on the road.
