What you will learn: how to create artwork that can be translated across a variety of digital mediums.
Theme: Private versus public. Untold stories and secrets
Bring: Smartphone, tablet, camera, laptop and loose clothes to move in
Prerequisites: None! There will be movement involved from a contemporary dance angle, however there are other ways to participate if you don’t want to do so physically.

We will be experimenting with
We also want to create and test new models of communication between artists and their audiences to help increase the transparency of your work.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to work with Joumana Mourad, Artistic Director of IJAD Dance Company who have been integrating new technology since it was set up in 1999. She is the pioneer of ‘sensography’ which explores how the emotional and interpretive intensity of a live performance can be transmitted digitally without losing integrity. You will be an important part of this process and the workshops inspire our In-Finite project, over a year in development which premiers internationally on 8th March 2013.
You can be a part of the project right now, by anonymously contributing a secret here: www.surveymonkey.com/s/5N5X6TG your secret will be respected at all times.
