Opening the event a visual introduction to Britain's Olympics History with sports historian Martin Polley. A debate on the Meaning of the Olympics chaired by Mark Perryman author of Why The Olympics Aren't Good For Us, And How They Can Be . And environmental writer Bob Gilbert introduces a photographic, musical, poetic and runner's tribute to Stratford before the Olympics.
