Technical

There is a wealth of production experience amongst our Technical staff gained from working on shows all around the world. 

The Technical Team will support your event, whether it be a conference, small meeting or private screening and will ensure that your event runs smoothly. We can also arrange pre-event meetings with our in-house Technical Manager in order to talk through the technical set up and running order for your event ahead of the event date.

We offer a range of technical equipment for hire, please see our Equipment Hire list for further information. With the hire of any of our technical equipment, the support of a Rich Mix Technician is required at a minimum charge of £100+VAT which includes up to 4 hours of assistance. Additional technical assistance can be provided at a charge of £25+VAT per hour.

Vehicle access

There is a vehicle loading bay at ground level on Redchurch Street with easy access into the building. The loading bay can accommodate a vehicle up to 16m long and is for loading in and out only.  Please note that parking must be secured elsewhere.
