Rich Mix is proud to be a social enterprise and exists to make art in all its forms accessible to our diverse local community. All our profits go towards supporting our arts and youth programme for the East London community.

By hiring one of our spaces for your next event, not only will you experience a unique and inspiring venue, but you will also be supporting this valuable work.

Rich Mix Screen Hire - Day Delegate Package

£49 per head +VAT

- Full day screen hire – 9am – 5pm*
- Private venue during catering breaks**
- Arrival tea, coffee and pastries
- Two additional tea and coffee servings
- Finger buffet lunch with mineral water or fruit juice
- Chilled tap water available throughout the day
- Full day technical assistance
- In-house AV equipment to include, projector, 3 microphones, PA and lectern

Exclusive Hire of the Rich Mix Venue during the 2012 Olympics

Located in the heart of vibrant Shoreditch and close to the City and Olympic site, Rich Mix is a unique and flexible venue available for both corporate and private hire.

Originally a vast garment factory, Rich Mix offers a range of highly versatile and creative spaces from 3 boutique cinema screens to top floor studio and theatre spaces with stunning city views.

The flexibility of each space enables them to be easily transformed to host a range of events from corporate conferences and entertaining, to wedding receptions, private screenings and Oympic inspired parties. All our spaces are also available as film locations.

Our Exclusive Hire period runs from the 25 July – 19 August 2012 inclusive.

Pongathon Standard Package

£35.50 per person + VAT

All Packages include Venue Hire Charge, PA, staff and security. Recommended guidelines from 50 people -100 people

High quality branded Pongathon Tables, bats and balls
First class venue facilities
Pongathon pro players will be on hand for exhibition play and coaching tips
Pongathon hostesses will organize social tournament play including singles and doubles, round-robin etc
We snap all the action; Our pro photographer will capture all those fab images for posterity, edit and provide a download link for you.
Pongathon Mini Bat Challenge: Pongathon’s famous mini-bats will find out who has the best hand to eye co-ordination on the planet!
Pongathon Robot Challenge – a specially adapted ping pong robot to challenge all comers – huge fun!
Professional Pongathon Event Managers
MC tournament commentary throughout providing that all important competitive banter!
Pongathon DJ’s – We’ll program all your tunes for you!
Prizes – We’ll bring prizes with us including Pongathon T-shirts, Headbands and Wristbands and Bats!

All of the above standard package plus;

Pongathon Visuals, our Pongathon professional VJ will pre-produce branded visuals for you during the night mixing live and still images and playbacks all in real time on a large screen.

Themed Event  - our design team will be happy to discuss your ideas to suit your budget and location
Merchandise – We can design and produce high quality T-shirts for your event 
Setting up a World Record attempt: costs are calculated depending on the nature of the attempt!
Pongathon Costume Trunk – A treasure trove of super hero costumes, wigs and fancy dress!
Filming – We can produce a high end high definition video to capture all those magic ping pong moments!
We will brand your own tables with your logo using the blue surfaced  Double Fish tables from China.
Artwork -  our graphic designer will produce bespoke invitations/e-flyers for your party
