Terms and Conditions

Refunds and Exchanges

Rich Mix does not offer refunds on tickets, this is standard practice in arts venues. However, tickets may be exchanged, on the condition that it’s 24 hours before and that we physically have tickets here at our Box Office. Exchanges are subject to the discretion of box office and management team.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Cheques to be made payable to Rich Mix.

Ticket collection

All tickets are to be collected from the box office, unfortunately we do not post out tickets.

E-Ticket for cinema

You can also select an e ticket when purchasing online for our cinema screenings. An E ticket for the cinema means you can beat the cues at our box office and can head straight up to the screens.

Tickets sold by an agency for Live Music events

Some of the events we have here are brought to us by partners who like to sell tickets with other agencies as well as using our box office. These tickets are subject to the same Terms and conditions stated on our website in addition to the specific agency regulations - please refer to individual websites at the time of purchasing for this. Tickets sold by agencies are collection only at the venue.

Event timings

Please refer to individual event listings for information on timings. As a general rule the times listed refer to the times that doors are opened to the general public. Events upstairs generally start as soon as possible after the doors are opened and all the audience is seated. Running orders for the main space music programme are generally available on the night but please note that the main artist usually does not start their performance at the time advertised for doors opening. Running orders are generally provided by third party promoters and curators and are subject to change.

We charge a booking fee over the phone and online which is £1.50 per transaction.

When booking tickets online it is possible to make a donation to Rich Mix which can be added in your order total. We rely on donations to continue our work in the local community. Any donation made enable us to offer our regular free arts programming and allows us to continue our work with young people. Rich Mix is a registered charity and it is possible to Gift Aid any donation that you give. You can also donate at any time http://www.richmix.org.uk/support/support-us/

Admitting latecomers can be distracting to the audience and actors. For this reason, we ask latecomers to wait until a suitable break, sometimes there may not be one and this is at the discretion of the Duty Manager.
