WINTER APPEAL: HELP KEEP OUR WEDNESDAYS FREE

Wednesday nights at Rich Mix feature a wide programme of music, visual arts, spoken word and film which people can attend for free.

In April 2012 our Arts Council funding is being reduced by 59% and we need help to ensure that these events remain free to access.

Rich Mix is committed to making the arts accessible and money is the biggest barrier to participation in the arts.

Please help us raise £3,000 towards our free arts programme in 2012 and donate now.

Rich Mix is a cultural charity bringing film, visual arts, performing arts and music to East London. Our mission is to provide activities which will engage our local communities and bring people together through enjoyment of the arts and learning about the cultures around us.

All gifts and donations go towards delivering our arts and education programme. We cover the costs of opening the Rich Mix Arts Centre with the profits from our cinema and our enterprise activities.

We deliver our arts programme and the work we do with young people and families in East London with funding from partners who share our values of inspiring communties through the provision of arts and cultural events and activities. Volunteers help us at arts and education events. Without our partners we would not have an arts and education programme and we are so grateful to all of them.

Make a donation

Individuals
You can help simply by choosing to buy a ticket to a film at our cinema or a drink in our bar. You could become a Rich Mix cinema member and get great local discounts in return for your support, you can make a donation, details of how in the section above. Companies
You can sponsor an artist or a strand of the arts programme or you could support a group of young people and provide activites for communities. In return we offer great benefits for employees so they feel really involved.
