Once we receive this form we will email you with your unique membership number and yourmembership card/s will be available for collection at Box Office the next time you come to Rich Mix.

Terms and Conditions

• The Rich Mix Cinema Membership only applies to the cinema programmes and not to the remainder of the programme or include any other promotions.
• The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Full details must be provided for both members at the time of purchase of a Joint Membership.
• *The £2 discount on tickets can not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer ie. Film for a Fiver on Mondays and Tuesdays or Orange Wednesdays.
• A valid membership card must be shown on collection of tickets.
• The membership is not transferable and is only available to the owner of the card.
• Standard admission terms and conditions apply.
• To redeem the concessions ticket price for our arts and culture events please show your membership card when collecting tickets.
