Be part of the best cinema offer around! This week we celebrate selling our 60,000th cinema ticket this financial year by giving every 100th cinema customer free entry.

Located in the heart of Shoreditch and Bethnal Green, we offer three state-of-the-art digital cinemas and all the profits go to supporting arts and other activities for young people. The cinemas show the best new film releases alongside independent films and documentaries.

Rich Mix Chief Executive Jane Earl says to reward our loyal customers and to welcome some new friends, we are offering every 100th cinema customer free entry to the cinema that day. The offer will run from Monday 7 – Sunday 13 November and will be open to people who buy cinema tickets in person or over the phone on 020 7613 7498.

“The lucky 60,000th ticket sold will receive two free Joint Cinema Memberships. Keep your eye on our blog, Facebook and Twitter where we will be posting the lucky winners’ pictures,” says Jane.

“Our unique scheme offering films for £5 every Monday and Tuesday to Tower Hamlets’ Library and Idea Store members and our new cinema memberships with fantastic benefits from local businesses are both selling well, however we want even more people to make Rich Mix their local cinema.

“We’re not only a cinema, when you come to Rich Mix you can also see our visual arts exhibitions and our extensive arts programme covering music, film, dance, theatre, comedy, spoken word and a range of creative activities for people of all ages and all cultures.

“As a charity, all our profits go back into delivering even more arts and cultural activities for the communities who live around us. In 2010 alone, we delivered over 370 arts, education and cultural events, of which one third were free to access, and more than 10,000 young people, parents and teachers from Tower Hamlets, Hackney and across London benefited from our education programme,” says Jane.
