
This year, Africa at the Pictures is partnered by the Royal African Society and SOAS (The School of Oriental and African Studies). The London African Film Festival is taking place between 28 November and 7 December 2008. The festival will feature retrospectives, discussions led by invited filmmakers, early South African cinema, recent feature films and shorts, animation, documentaries, workshops and a focus on African women filmmakers.
