  • Events Manager [Maternity Cover]

    Rich Mix is recruiting for an experienced Events Manager to join our small team on a fixed term contract of 6 months.

    The post holder will be responsible for the complete event planning and hiring of all spaces within the Rich Mix building which includes 3 cinema screens, two flexible 4th floor event spaces, a Mezzanine Gallery Space, the Main Space and two small meeting rooms.

    The successful candidate will have experience of working in a demanding and profit driven business, in a fundraising, sales or marketing environment along with a proven track record in implementing and managing account plans and delivering financial targets, budget control and reporting. They will have demonstrable skills and knowledge in all aspects of event management and delivery and extensive experience delivering events for diverse audiences.

  • Events Coordinator

    Rich Mix Enterprises are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator with demonstrable skills and knowledge in all aspects of conference and event coordination and delivery, with proven experience of multi-tasking and managing a heavy workload to tight timelines. You will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience; venue based experience in the arts or commercial sector would be beneficial.

    Interviewees will be notified on 1st June 2015 and interviews will be held on 2nd June 2015.

    Rich Mix Cultural Foundation is seeking to appoint up to 2 new Board members to join our governing Board which supports the Executive Team in taking forward the strategic development of the organisation.

    We are going through an exciting period of growth, and are looking for people who can add a range of skills and experience to our Board, as well as maintaining the diverse range of skills and backgrounds of our current board.

    Interterviews will be held between 6pm and 9pm on 22nd June in order to make an appointment at our June 2015 Board meeting.
